One of the hard parts about dieting is trying to avoid hunger pains.

Remember that your body has been under development for thousands of years and one factor that drives it is scarcity.
It is designed to anticipate scarcity of everything at all times as a kind of survival mechanism, hence the desire to eat when it really may be unnecessary.
There are food you can eat that can trick the body into staying calm and toning it down a bit on the “I’m starving!” reflex!
